Pozos Real Estate Advisor, he specializes in acquiring undervalued properties—homes, lots, mobile homes, notes, and commercial assets—and transforming them through renovation, owner financing, or strategic resale. His deep local network and market knowledge form the foundation of SoTexFund's acquisition strategy.

Daryl Losaw
General Partner
Daryl brings over two decades of entrepreneurial and leadership experience to SoTexFund. As founder of Losaw Construction, he has built 30-40 homes annually for nearly 20 years. A veteran of both the US Air Force and US Army, Daryl served as a Lieutenant in Iraq with the 1st Cavalry Division. He currently serves as a board member at IceWind ehf, spearheading US manufacturing and distribution for renewable energy solutions.

Gabe Fernandez

Gabe brings a unique blend of real estate and technology expertise to SoTexFund. His path began with a Construction Science degree from Texas A&M and hands-on experience—managing rental properties in college, interning with San Antonio homebuilder LGI Homes, and working commercial construction. He later earned an M.S. in Computer Science from UTSA and spent 13 years at USAA building enterprise software and leading cybersecurity research (earning 70 patents along the way). He applies that combined expertise—including the latest AI-driven tools and workflows—to give SoTexFund a technological edge.
